The HP Veer on AT&T, now available for $49.99 in white or black, runs the latest WebOS v2.1.2. This version is very similar to what you get on the Palm Pre 2. New to version 2.0 of WebOS is the ability to "stack" cards for better organization. You can also customize the app tray to a greater extent.

We test the HSPA+ connectivity in this video, which disappoints. Using two apps to test bandwidth, we only managed to clock around 1mbps down, which is very much 3G speed, not 4G.

The Veer 4G feels underpowered. It often slows down and even requires a reboot, even when you're not running that many apps.
