Please welcome our newest Editor, Dickie Adams! This is the unboxing of the T-Mobile Sidekick 4G. It's the first Sidekick to come with Android (version 2.2), and it's made by Samsung and not Danger. It has a 1GHz Hummingbird CPU with 512MB of RAM, and about 3GB of storage included with 1GB onboard and 2GB on an included microSD card. The Sidekick 4G features a pop-out screen which reveals a spacious backlit keyboard for easy text entry. There's a 1.3MP front-facing camera and a 3MP rear-facing camera. It can also utilize T-Mobile fast HSPA+ data speeds, making it a 4G phone.

The Sidekick 4G is available from T-Mobile for $99.99 with a two year contract, and is available in both black and magenta.
