Here are some ways to save battery in Windows Phone 7:
1. Make sure you're using the dark color scheme if your screen is AMOLED (like found on the Samsung Focus)
2. Use WiFi whenever possible, and disable "ask to join networks"
3. Don't have more than two email accounts on your device
4. Turn off GPS location
5. Turn off Feedback
