Asus Eee Pad Slider Hands On - Perfect Form Factor?
The Asus Eee Pad Slider might be the only tablet that has truly won my affection so far, and that was due to the device's full sliding QWERTY keyboard. The Eee Pad Slider reminded me of a giant QWERTY slider phone that tilted the screen at an ergonomic angle. Running on an NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and Android Honeycomb, the Asus Eee Pad Slider was swift, yet exhibited a slight lag with keyboard input, as shown in the video. We got the same beautiful 10-inch screen found on the Transformer, and Asus will offer a 16GB version for $400 and 32GB version for $550, set to ship within the next few weeks.
