Here's a cool projector that runs Android and is capable of touch input. The Touchjet is surprisingly responsive and allows for interaction, drawing and even input for some games.

Touchjet Pond takes any app from the confines of a smaller screen and projects to an 80-inch space on a wall, table, or any surface.
