MPI+ Applications on AMD GPUs

This webinar covers the essentials of MPI+ programming on AMD GPUs, including GPU-Aware MPI installation, software development strategies, and profiling tools. Both OpenMP and HIP implementations for GPU acceleration are addressed. Example mini-applications will be discussed to show how to implement MPI communications on systems with and without GPU Aware MPI installations. This webinar also includes the importance of task affinity on multi-GPU platforms through a case study with the Spectral Element Library in Fortran (SELF).
