"NASA is tackling the important work of measuring the changes within our climate, and it is no small task. The task is so large that Intel, Cycle and AWS partnered with NASA to help deliver to them the resources that scale to meet their challenge with a perfect example of how the power of the Cloud can be used to extend the HPC environment. This talk will discuss the effort to measure African mass of arid vs. semi-arid areas, creating a baseline that can be used to compare future global studies. Speaker(s):
