Unless otherwise exempted or excluded herein, the Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 49 United States and the District of Columbia (Rhode Island excluded), age 18 or older and Canada who are of the legal age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside, or older, at the time of entry.
