Description
Snow Skin mooncake ingredients:
• Snow skin pre-mix flour 300g
• Hot water 300g
• Red Bean paste flling 300g
• Food coloring

Method:
1. Pour in all premix in the bowl, add hot water and keep mixing until the dough its become smoothy and soft.Separate by 25g a piece
Measure each filling around 25 grams and roll it to a little ball.
3.Flatten 1 piece of Snow Skin.
4.Cover 25g of the filling with snowskin warpper5.Use a Mooncake mold to press.
6.Enjoy!! (^∇^*)

Tips:
• You can try different colour, add food colouring a few drops in snowskin dough at a time, knead until the colour is well distributed.
• The mooncake mold is for 50g mooncake so the snowskin and the filling is half and a half.
• Dust your hand or wear Anti sticking gloves to avoid sticky.
