Microsoft Ignite is one of the best tech conferences in the world, so Brad couldn’t resist taking a break between keynotes to go spend lunch with 30,000 of his closest friends.

In this special episode (the longest in “Lunch Break” history!), Ignite attendees line up, hop in the golf cart, and ask Brad about work-life balance, leadership, the soft skills every IT Pro needs, ConfigMgr disasters (and its future), why telemetry is addicting, finding a niche in the IT industry late in your career, and building a more diverse/inclusive IT team.
