AWS Public Sector Summit 2018 - Washington, D.C.
AWS, Public Sector customers, and partners are working together to enable entrepreneurs with the technology and resources they need to be successful. Small businesses and startups are creating the most jobs globally; they are leading the way for new product and technology innovation; and they reflect the diversity of people, talent, and potential across the communities that they serve. Entrepreneurial ecosystems thrive when people and resources are connected and collaborate to develop new approaches and solutions for serving entrepreneurs. This session will explore how various stakeholders - government, universities, investors, corporations, and non-profit organizations - are working together at the local, national, and international levels to drive economic growth through entrepreneurship. We will look at effective partnership models and what is needed to further scale these efforts.
Speakers: Melissa Bradley, C'pher Gresham, Andre Pienaar, Sarah Staton, Doug VanDyke
