Better Practices for Cloud IAM (Cloud Next '18)

Making sure that right users have the right access to the right resources to do their jobs can become complex and unmanageable. GCP customers will share “better practices” for combining multiple security features to implement the principle of least privilege with less effort. Learn how:

— Custom roles can remix thousands of permissions, but tracking changes becomes easier with Deployment Manager.
— Inheriting access through groups and folders can simplify administration; but explaining who has access, and who can change access, becomes easier with Forseti Security.
— Service accounts can delegate access from users to programs, but key rotation can limit the risk of leaks.
