The initial adoption of Cloud infrastructure is often hindered right at the beginning by the perceived complexity of creating the infrastructural foundations in GCP. Typical concerns include security, network connectivity, and the choice of appropriate computational and storage solutions. Google PSO accelerates the adoption of GCP by laying the foundation for a production-ready environment and deploying a few high-impact applications through a lift & shift approach. In this session, we discuss the methodology, best practices, technical approach, and challenges of these ""sprints.""
