Using Microsoft Forms in Office 365 you can create surveys to easily collect customer or employee feedback. First, open Microsoft Forms and either create a new survey or modify an existing one. Choose your question type, add answers, and send out. Recipients can respond from any device and you can view the tallied responses in the Results tab.
