On this episode of This Is My Code - amzn.to/2RrVGIw, Versent, an Australian AWS Premier Consulting partner that provides technology transformation services for enterprise customers, shows how they roll out monitoring alarms automatically with Alarm Bot. Using AWS CodePipeline and a configuration store, Alarm Bot automates the creation of multiple AWS Lambda functions that, in turn, use the AWS SDK to gather configuration details from AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store and configure Amazon CloudWatch alarms. Alarm Bot has been built and is maintained by the Versent Managed Services (VMS) team and has become a core part of the VMS toolkit.
