Kotlin is a versatile language that can be used for both frontends and backends. This talk will show you how you can quickly create Kotlin backends that can serve RESTful endpoints using popular frameworks, and running backend in GCP's compute platform. Your backend service can automatically scale up the number of instances based on load, but can also scale down to zero instances when no one is using it.
