VIVES University and ProctorExam use AWS to scale distance education globally for students

VIVES University of Applied Sciences and ProctorExam use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to globally scale remote test taking for its 2,300 students who follow a distance-learning program. VIVES University College, located in Belgium, has 15,000 students and is one of the largest universities of applied sciences in the country. ProctorExam, based in the Netherlands, provides infrastructure and a ready-to-use monitoring solution for online proctoring. VIVES University of Applied Sciences and ProctorExam have administered over 4,000 exams remotely to meet students’ needs for flexible test taking. To securely authenticate and monitor a test taker, ProctorExam uses a variety of AWS services.
