How to send email to a channel in Microsoft Teams

Managing remote employees and need to get an important email to your team? This Microsoft Teams tutorial will show you how to send an email to all members of a Microsoft Teams channel.

• In Microsoft Teams, select a channel then “more options" then "get email address.”

• Then, select “copy” and paste the copied email address into a new email to send.

• You can also forward an email to a channel. To do so, open the email you’d like to forward, then paste the copied channel email address into the “to” line to send the email.
