Based in the largest city of Pakistan, Karachi, Botsify helps businesses build AI chatbots for Facebook and website customer support chat without the need to code or program.

Botsify provides and easy interface where customers can train their chatbot and teach question answers to build an FAQ Chatbot for customer support, or integrate with several services including their backend server for performing user action. Using Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS and AWS Lambda among other services, they receive about half a million chatbot requests every day and serve about 300 thousand page views every month.

Since using AWS, they have been able to enjoy a scalable and sustainable infrastructure, improve customer response time from 4 seconds to under 1 second and are able to easily migrate huge amounts of existing data sets to build new features and ideas within minutes.
