Data loss prevention loss policies help identify and protect your business’ sensitive information and confidential data like social security numbers or medical records. In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to set up data loss prevention in Microsoft 365 Business.
• You can edit existing data loss prevention policies and change things like what gets scanned in Teams chat and channel messages, SharePoint sites, OneDrive accounts, and more.
• Or you can create a new custom DLP policy or choose from one of the three templates offered: “Financial,” “Medical and health,” and “Privacy”.
