How to get help on your own in Microsoft 365 for business

Whether you’re an admin or a user, if you have a question or need assistance with Microsoft 365 Business, you have several options for getting help.

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, the “Training & Guides” section is broken up into three parts:

• Training for admins – which contains answers to small, midsize, and enterprise business questions
• Customized setup guidance – which contains a number of guides depending on your specific needs
• Training for users – Where you can get training on office apps you use in your day-to-day

If you have a specific question, choose “Need help?” in the bottom right-hand corner and type your question. And if you’re still not finding an answer to your question, you can select “Contact support” and a support technician will contact you shortly.
