To share files with your customers and work on documents together, use an “Anyone” link in Microsoft 365 Business Premium or Office 365.

• From your SharePoint site, go to the folder you want to share. Choose, “Share,” and then the “Link Settings” button. Make sure “Anyone” is selected. Choose whether or not to allow editing and set an expiration date for the link. Choose ‘Apply.’
• Type the email address of the person you want to share files with and a message. Choose ‘Send’ to finish.
• Your customer will get an email with your personal message and a link to your files. When they select “Open” they can access your shared files or upload their own.
