In this episode, Brad talks to Matt Emmerich, the CIO of Polaris, about snowmobiles, remote work, and medieval constellations.

Matt discusses how thousands of Polaris employees seamlessly transitioned to working from home with Office 365 and Teams, and how technology has positively driven culture and innovation within the company.

After being momentarily sidetracked by a call from Tycho Brahe, the guys discuss Matt's background running a road-side vegetable stand and the look at how Polaris has used technology to navigate quarantine problems with both their supply chain and their distribution channels.

Other discussion topics: Lava, $6,000 watermelons, French Impressionism, Queen Bernice, Microsoft 365, the Goat of the Sea, hot tubs capable of space-time displacement, and cloud-based collaboration.
