Chedraui empowers frontline workers with Microsoft Teams to provide better customer service

Chedraui, one of Mexico’s top retailers, has a network of nearly 300 stores and a workforce of 40,000. The organization, based in Xalapa, Mexico, needed a communication hub that brought frontline workers and corporate employees alike together. Chedraui used Tasks in Teams to publish tasks to all stores. Retail workers use the Teams mobile app to check off completed tasks. The organization also used Microsoft Power Apps to create a store walkthrough app to help employees carry out day-to-day operations. Today, frontline workers are better connected to their colleagues in other locations and at corporate offices. The new tools help them accomplish tasks faster, increase agility, and provide better, more efficient service for customers.
