How to break a Monolith into Microservices with NAB | Amazon Web Services

In this episode of AWS Community Chats, Aley Hammer is joined with Adelle McDonald, Head of Technology (Business and private Banking) from NAB. Adelle shares insights into the monoliths that her team managed and why they wanted to move away from a monolith functionality as well as the biggest barriers to breaking the monolith. Adelle also shares her teams involvement with a program called DevAx and what they gained from this program. Finally, Adelle gives advice to other Engineering Managers who are looking to tackle monoliths and move to microservices.
