This video demonstrates new features in QnABot 5.1 and Lex Web UI 0.19.1.
Client filtering lets you set a filter value for each question in QnABot. This allows you to keep questions for multiple departments/clients in a single QnABot instance and control which set of questions are active by sending in a client filter parameter.
Live chat is a new feature of Lex Web UI that lets you connect your chat widget to a live agent in Amazon Connect.
