WaFd used AWS Contact Center Intelligence (CCI) Self-service solutions with contact center partner, Talkdesk, to build a new contact center solution that implements conversational AI and voice identification technology powered by Amazon Lex. Using the new AI-powered solution, WaFd has improved both the agent and customer experiences.
