HeyJobs is a job platform with the vision to enable each and everyone to find the right job to live a fulfilling life. Here, they showcase how they leverage AWS serverless technologies to build a scalable data platform that processes over 3 million records of job-related data each day. Using natural language processing machine learning models, they e.g. enrich the data to provide additional search categories to their customers on the platform. By relying on serverless services like AWS Lambda and Amazon Simple Queue Service, not only can they scale seamlessly, but they also achieved around 30% cost savings when compared to their previous solution.
