The Matter PKI Compliance Customer Guide for AWS Private Certificate Authority (AWS Private CA) is avaliable on AWS Artifact. This Guide provides information about how you can use AWS Private CA to help you create and operate Matter-compliant Certificate Authorities (CAs).

Matter is a new smart home connectivity standard, governed by the Connectivity Standard Alliance, that allows smart home devices from different vendors to work together.

Customers can use AWS Private CA to issue certificates that follow the Matter format. AWS Private CA customers can use the Matter PKI Compliance Customer Guide to help identify operational controls needed to create and manage a CA compliant with Matter policies, saving time and development effort.
