Simplifying individual task management in Microsoft Planner

The new Microsoft Planner is uniquely designed, not just for team tasks, but also for individual productivity needs. To help manage individual tasks, Planner offers a My Tasks view, designed to centralize all the tasks that are relevant to you. My Tasks is organized into four distinct views: All, Private Tasks, Assigned to me, and Flagged Emails—the powerhouse of My Tasks being the Assigned to me view. This is where tasks assigned to you from different sources across Microsoft 365 land. With everything centralized in Assigned to me, it’s easy to stay on top of your workload, prioritize, and execute tasks diligently.
