The new AWS Canada West (Calgary) Region is now open! The AWS Canada West (Calgary) Region consists of three Availability Zones and is our second AWS Region in Canada, joining the AWS Canada (Central) Region which launched in 2016. This second AWS Region in Canada will provide customers with highly secure, high-performance, more flexible cloud infrastructure so you can build faster and keep all your data in Canada.
