At this year's Bay Area Maker Faire, we meet artist and puppet designer Laura Mathews, who brought her newest dragon puppet in her series of lifelike creatures inspired by biological movements. We catch up with Laura and her dragon as they make their way through Maker Faire delighting attendees and learn how she designs custom mechanics and controls for each of her creations.
