Use the Annotate feature—powered by Microsoft Whiteboard—to collaborate on content while sharing your screen in a Microsoft Teams meeting. When you select the Annotate option from the presenter toolbar, it creates a transparent whiteboard over the content you're presenting without altering the actual content. Meeting participants can also use the tools in the Whiteboard toolset to contribute ideas and feedback. When you're done, save the annotation session as a whiteboard to continue collaborating after the meeting.
