Bayer’s Crop Science division leveraged AWS Training and AWS Skill Builder on-demand learning center to upskill over 1,000 employees, achieving a 70% increase in cloud fluency, which enabled faster adoption of its Decision Science Ecosystem (DSE) built on Amazon SageMaker Studio, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Q. The DSE platform, combined with AWS skill development, has empowered Bayer’s data science teams to innovate more rapidly, reducing environment setup times from days to hours. This initiative enables Bayer to drive sustainable agricultural advancements more efficiently.
