Meet the PowrKnee, YRobot’s brand-new knee-assist exoskeleton—and while this is still an early prototype, it already shows tremendous potential. Designed to make walking, climbing, lifting, and daily movement easier, the PowrKnee aims to be lighter, more comfortable, more powerful, and more intelligent than the typical knee-assist solutions available today.

The frame is engineered to feel unobtrusive on the leg, with upgraded padding and strap geometry intended to eliminate pressure points and hotspots. The assist mechanism delivers targeted support precisely when your knee needs it most—particularly during uphill climbs, deep bends, squats, and sit-to-stand motions. YRobot has built in adaptive assist modes that monitor your movement and dynamically adjust the level of support in real time.

If you’ve ever used bulkier exoskeletons that squeak, shift, or drain their batteries too quickly, the PowrKnee is designed to be the opposite—something that “disappears” during use, allowing you to focus on your task instead of the gear strapped to your leg.
