Things that sucks on the iOS for ipad:

1. The notification system sucks. A popup right in the middle of the screen.
2. Not have real multitasking. Blaming on battery life.
3. Not a good homescreen. Simple and maybe good for your phone but not tablets.
4. Camera app is simple, WAY TO SIMPLE
5. Syncing is not wireless you need to use USB. Googles new fresh Android market webstore installs everything wireless without the need to even touch your phone. Beatiful.

Good things with the iPad.
1. DESIGN. Apple is good at the design. No doubt about that.
2. Simple, simple & simple. Sometimes to simple but good for noobs.
3. AirPlay - Stream media wireless to your Apple TV. New feature that is amazing and will bring your iOS experience to the computer and TV screens in your home.
4. Hardware - Apple most of the time got quality hardware built in to their products.
