Ah, the venerable Toyota Camry. Pundits and members of the press alike are keen to call this family sedan a snooze, equating it to a washing machine or microwave oven on wheels. But of all the most popular sedans on the market today, like the Honda Accord, Nissan, Altima and Ford Fusion, only one is the bestselling. In 2015, nearly 430,000 people bought a Camry, making it America’s favorite car for the 14th year. Either half a million drivers are deluded or there really is something special here.
