After we've seen the default video recording capabilities of the Nokia 808 PureView, we are now taking a look at two specific aspects: zoom and focus.

As far as zoom is concerned, the Nokia 808 PureView features lossless zooming because of the PureView technology (which, while zoomed out, creates super-pixels and while zoomed in, crops 1:1 to the 41-megapixel sensor without losing data or introducing noise, artifacts or pixelation).

There are three focus modes on the phone: CAF (Continuous Auto-Focus) which is good for most of the users and occasions; HF (Hyper-focus) which brings everything in focus from a certain focal distance onwards to infinity; MF (Manual-focus) when you need a specific object to be in focus, you just tap the screen.
