For $100 more on Verizon wireless, you can get the Droid RAZR Maxx, which provides a battery that is nearly double the size of the battery on the original Droid RAZR. Besides the higher price, you also add 2mm of thickness to accompany the extra battery. Are these downsides worth the extra battery life? We'll find out for you.

Like the original Droid RAZR, the Maxx has a TI OMAP 1.2GHz CPU with 1GB of RAM, 16GB ROM, and 16GB additional space provided by the microSD card. There is an 8MP camera on the rear and a 2MP camera on the front. The display is Super AMOLED at 4.3" and qHD resolution.
