Wave Launcher for Android is a launcher-style app, though it's not a true launcher. This is an app that essentially sits on top of your screen, waiting for you to call it up, then lets you quickly launch any one of 5 apps, widgets, and/or folders. It's quick, it's smooth, it can be called up from any screen (not just your homescreen!).
