Samsung has begun a new tradition of releasing "mini" versions of its flagship phones. It happened with the Galaxy S III Mini, and it now continues with the Galaxy S4 Mini. Our friends over at Negri Electronics sent over a Galaxy S4 Mini so that we could do an unboxing as it looks fairly unlikely that the handset will make its way to U.S. shores. As the name implies, it is a miniature version of the Galaxy S4, and while Samsung did cut back on a few of the specs, such as the screen, but overall it isn't that different.
