TechnoBuffalo Update: Sub Blogs Stay...For Now

Never let it be said that we here at TechnoBuffalo don't listen to our users.

As some of you may have seen over this past weekend, we were testing the new version of TechnoBuffalo. Reactions to the new look were very positive, and we're thrilled with the response, but noticed some data during the test run that concerned us. Apparently people were still trying to get their information out of the sub-blogs.

While we felt we had given enough warning that they were going away, there were several people who had troubles migrating their data through no fault of their own. After receiving e-mails requesting that they had some more time to move the info, the only way to give them access again was to keep the old design for a while longer. We would love to launch the new, cooler look, but we also didn't want to leave these people behind, so we have decided to keep the original design for a little while longer.

While everyone now appears to have their data, we are preparing to leave for the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), and we don't want to switch designs while we are all in transit. Due to the fact there could also be issues during the launch, and we don't want to divert our attention from all of the show coverage we have planned, we have decided to delay the permanent switch until we get back next week.

In short, TechnoBuffalo's design will remain the same for this week, and upon our return next week we'll once again flip over to the new design. For those of you who saw it, consider it a teaser of things to come. For those who missed it, trust us, it's worth the wait!
