This talk will overview the research of BWRC and highlight recent accomplishments. BWRC is a pioneer in a new wave of university-industry-government partnerships. Our model involves forging deep relationships with leading wireless companies so that industry can rapidly transfer new technologies and university researchers can benefit from industrial experience. BWRC consists of 60 graduate students and 11 UCB faculty involved in a large interdisciplinary research effort investigating issues relevant to future generations of wireless systems on a chip. Research focal areas include: * RF and Millimeter Wave CMOS Circuits * Ultra-Low Power Sensor Networks * Low Power Analog and Digital CMOS Circuits * Cognitive Radio Systems * Ultra-Wideband Systems * SoC Design and Emulation Systems
