Here we have an AMD Radeon HD 6990, made by XFX. The 6990 is a dual-GPU video card featuring 2 of the same GPUs foud in the Radeon HD 6970. Each GPU's core clock has been reduced to 830Mhz to keep it within the power spec for PCI-E, but the card also features a dual BIOS -- flip a switch on the side (after reading and removing the warning label of course) and the GPUs' core clocks jump back up to 880Mhz.
