In this talk we will take a sneak peek under the hood of how Ocado helps make shopping easy for its customers, from reminding them when they have forgotten something to protecting them from fraudsters. All of this is achieved through leveraging the power of Machine Learning. We will show how the combination of cloud technologies like BigQuery, DataFlow, DataStore and MLEngine enable our data scientists and engineers to focus on solving business problems, rather than worrying about underlying infrastructure.
