Towards Zero Trust at GitLab.com (Cloud Next '19)

Although the concept of Zero Trust is not brand new, very few cloud-native companies have successfully implemented Zero Trust. This talk will discuss GitLab’s Zero Trust implementation on GitLab.com, hosted in Google Cloud, and highlight the benefits and challenges we have encountered along the way. The audience will learn how we approached building Zero Trust for GitLab.com, hosted on Google Cloud. Takeaways will include a deeper understanding of Zero Trust benefits and challenges, as will as learning more about how we built the roadmap to achieving Zero Trust.
