Public service has traditionally been an employer of choice across countries, offering opportunities to serve coupled with job security, benefits, and career advancement. However, some governments today struggle to attract and upskill their digital workforce. This panel will shed light on the challenges governments face in recruiting talent. It will use the Canadian and US governments as case studies and provide strategies to address those challenges.
