How to set up self-service password reset for Microsoft 365 Business Premium

Learn how to let your Microsoft 365 Business Premium users reset their passwords without having to contact an admin in this video tutorial. From the Microsoft 365 admin center, select “settings” then “security & privacy” and “Azure AD admin center.” Next, select “users” then “password reset” and select “all” to enable self-service password reset. Once this is complete, users will be prompted for additional information to set up for authentication when they log in. Then, they will be able to reset their passwords on their own if they forgot or have an expired password.
