Need someone to answer or make calls on your behalf in Microsoft Teams? This video tutorial will show you how to add a delegate while working remote.
• First, select your profile photo, then go to “settings,” then “general,” and select “manage delegates.”
• Then, select “your delegates” and type the person’s name. Next, choose which permissions to give them, and select “add.” Your delegate will be notified about their new status.
• Lastly, under “calls” select “forward my calls” then “my delegates” to manage permissions and make sure your calls go to all your delegates.
