Advanced threat protection, also known as ATP, helps protect your organization from malicious links used in phishing and other attacks. In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to turn it on in Microsoft 365 Business Premium.

• From the Microsoft 365 admin center, select “Security,” “Threat management,” “Policy,” and then “ATP Safe Links.”
• To get the full power of ATP Safe Links protection in place, you’ll want to edit the default policy and also add a policy for specific users.

Once you’ve set these up, when a user receives an email with a link, the link will be scanned. If it is safe, users will be able to open it. If it is on the block list, users will see a notification that it has been blocked.
